Installation Process
A system is only as good as its installation. We follow a strict 4-step protocol for every site to ensure maximum lifespan.
Load Calculation.
We don't guess. We perform detailed heat load calculations for every room to ensure the equipment is perfectly sized, preventing short-cycling and excess energy use.
Pipe Routing.
Copper piping and drainage are routed with architectural precision. We use high-gauge copper and heavy-duty insulation to ensure zero leakage and maximum lifespan.
Equipment Mounting.
Outdoor units are mounted on vibration-damping pads with adequate clearance for airflow. Indoor units are laser-leveled for flawless aesthetics and drainage.
Commissioning.
Before handover, we vacuum the system, pressure test with nitrogen, and measure superheat/subcooling to verify the system is operating at factory specifications.
